A Step-by-Step Collaboration Process

Understanding Product and Requirements
  • Please provide all relevant label requirements, including new product development, enhancements to existing printing processes, other labeling issues, and any questions related to labels.
  • Submit high-resolution PDF or Adobe Illustrator files to ensure the best printing results.
  • Confirm the specified materials or assist in selecting suitable materials, and verify the quantity of labels ordered. If needed, we can provide samples for testing to ensure labeling effectiveness and quality.
Providing Quotation
  • Based on the confirmed requirements and materials, we will provide an accurate quotation within one day. The quotation will include the sampling fee, which mainly covers the costs for making the plates and sample materials.

Product Development
  • We will provide label specifications and confirm the printing effects. Based on the product design, we will offer process recommendations and communicate with designers to create different versions of samples, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • The sample production process generally takes about seven days, and once completed, we will immediately send it to the customer for approval. We will also produce color limit samples for customers to confirm the upper and lower limits of color control for future orders.
  • Confirm the packaging method based on your needs (sheets or rolls) and set the relevant requirements.
Placing the Order
  • Once the sample is approved, we will create a Proforma Invoice (PI), allowing the customer to complete the purchase order based on the PI. We will immediately procure the necessary raw materials, arrange for the production of the printing templates, and provide the expected completion date.
Printing Your Labels
  • Using the latest equipment and high-quality materials, your labels will be printed precisely.
  • Each label will undergo strict quality control, including pre-printing checks, in-process inspections, and post-printing automatic inspections to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Packaging and Shipping
  • After printing, we will carefully package the labels according to your preferences into sheets or rolls, and use the chosen shipping method (air or sea) for delivery. After shipment, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Ensuring Your Satisfaction
  • Upon receiving the labels, please check that they meet your expectations. If you encounter any issues during the labeling process, feel free to contact us to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our digital printing setup lets us handle small custom orders. To keep things cost-effective, we have a minimum order of 500 pieces. The more you order, the better the price!

Yes, you can specify the winding direction when placing your order. The diagram below shows the four text orientation options, along with two winding choices: inside or outside. Take a look at the options in the following illustration.

We can deliver labels in rolls or sheets based on your needs. Typically, machine labeling uses roll packaging, while both roll and sheet formats are suitable for manual labeling.

After Order

Can you accommodate rush hours (and are there extra fees)?

Yes, we can expedite orders! For urgent needs, we can ship within 2-3 days after the order is placed.

– Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

– The ideal conditions are 21-25°C with 45-68% humidity.

– Make sure they’re sealed in plastic film.

– Store them at least 10 cm off the ground (on a pallet) and avoid stacking them too high or placing them directly on the floor or against walls.

Designs and Files

Can you design my label for me?

We love collaborating with our clients on creative projects and encourage them to have their own design team. However, our design department is always available to provide suggestions and guidance if needed.

We accept files in Ai, Ps, CDR, PDF, or JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher, using the CMYK color mode. Please include key details like sizes, colors, process specifications, quantity, and any special instructions.

You can send design files via email, WeChat, or QQ. For larger files, feel free to use iCloud or similar services to share them with us.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll find the best solution together—whether that means a free reprint or a discount on your next order.

If you need to cancel your order after label printing has begun, any costs incurred up to that point, including the materials used, will be non-refundable. The exact amount will depend on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

We’re dedicated to ensuring you have the best printing experience possible. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll work together to find the best solution, whether it’s a free reprint or a credit for a future order.

We accept bank transfers, but if you prefer a different payment method, just reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help.

We require a 50% deposit when placing an order, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
